Strengthening your “core” muscles is fundamental in recovering from acute or chronic back pain. This group of muscles are easy to engage and create lift and stability to your spine when you sit, stand, and move. A solid core makes for a healthy spine.
DECOMPRESS YOUR SPINE
We spend most of our day sitting or standing which compresses our spine. The BackLab program includes easy to do decompression activities that will lengthen your spine and help you feel better right away. Long and strong is how you’ll feel.
RESTORE MOBILITY AND MOVEMENT
There are segments in our spine that just feel stuck- that’s because they are. Poor posture and injuries lead to these spinal joint restrictions and they can be painful. The BackLab program is designed to create mobility along your spine where we typically lose it and get you back to moving without restrictions and pain.
